The 'Small Print':-
Insurance: It is your responsibility to have adequate holiday insurance, this should include third party cover for any damage to our property. We do not accept any liability for damage to your property or person.
Noise: Some of the residents of our apartment block are not holiday makers so please respect their need for peace and quiet, particularly at night. Hard heels on the tiled floor can be very noisy for the apartment below.
Shutters: If the weather is stormy please close the shutters. Please close the shutters at the end of your stay.
Residents' Association Rules: Please do not use the pool after 10pm at night. Please do not fasten bicycles or other objects on the stairs/banisters of the communal areas.
